| My Scottish Raspberries |
Today my little girl asked me if we could make cupcakes. I said that would be a great idea as our larder was bare of treats (shopping arrives tomorrow)! While we were out in the garden I spotted that there were quite a lot of raspberries that had ripened over the last couple of days and that would need to be eaten.
I initially thought about making white chocolate and raspberry cupcakes but was out of white chocolate! Then I flicked through a couple of the books that live on my kitchen worktop and found the recipe for Lemon and Raspberry Muffins by Nigella in her book How to be a Domestic Goddess.
